Level 2 Award in Fire Safety (RQF) is a level 2 qualification from the awarding body Qualsafe. It is regulated by Ofqual & is a fully recognised qualification.

If you’re looking to expand your knowledge beyond fire safety awareness (Level 1) then this is the course for you.

This qualification is for anyone who has a specific responsibility for fire safety in the workplace. It is suitable to qualify fire wardens/fire marshals and increase the fire safety knowledge of all employees.

Level 2 Fire Safety develops fire safety awareness. The course includes causes of fires, the risks, what you can do to control fire risks in the workplace and the principles of fire safety management at work.

It also covers the legal requirements such as fire safety inspection, fire safety risk assessment and understanding the role of a fire warden.

This course is suitable if you have been nominated as a fire marshal in your place of work, want a deeper level of understanding in fire safety or want to be appointed as a fire marshal at your place of employment.

Your trainer is always available to help via email and you’ll receive the Qualsafe textbook which accompanies this course. (Fire Safety Made Easy).

This is an online course, so you can do it at your own pace. When you’ve completed all the units, you just book in your 1 hour assessment slot to pass!

The assessments are in person and should take less than 1 hour to complete. The assessment is included in the course price, so there are no hidden or unexpected charges.
